I'm in. Also, did you ever find the side markers too?

Ok I already sent out some of them from people that had Paypal'd me. USPS bitched at me because the packages were slightly twisted. They said they "may not get there" due to the barcode being skewed so I'll resend them if they don't go through.

I have 3 left in "stock" at my house and expect to get 30 more sometime early this week.

I decided against the side markers as it requires a modification to the car itself.

Sorry guys, I've been crazy busy juggling cars (just got rid of my BMW) and even more busy/stressed at my day job.

Has anyone with an Exige figured out how to pop the light out? A screwdriver does not seem to work with the Exige grill and driving lights, so I'm at a loss.

To clarify, it's the driving lights that seem to get in the way. they don't seem to allow you to get the right angle. HELP!!??!!??

Sorry I haven't ever seen a Lotus with driving lights in person

Maybe if you can take a picture with the screwdriver inserted?

This is the approximate angle that you need:

If you can't get in there like that then you may need to remove the driving lights

Man... if you figure it out, let me know. There's a small hole in the Exige clam but I'll be @#$!! if I can get anything (screwdriver, etc.) to engage the clip on the indicator.

The driving lamps make it impossible to see up in there - my next step may well be to remove them and try to reach up in there.

You can't really see anything on the Elise either... I just poke around in there until I can see the light move. Then I give it a good "pop" by hitting the handles of the screwdriver with my palm and the light comes right out.

Update: The bulbs are slowly trickling in from Stealth. The Lotus bulbs are not very common so they have to really dig around in order to get them to me.

I've received 20 sets of bulbs from Stealth. I've already mailed out 17 sets to people that Paypal'd me early (7 of them are going out tomorrow morning).

If you want a set, I have 3 left in stock and hope to have more by the end of this week. I still have 20 more coming to me (eventually). I think I'll setup a little basic website to make it easier to pay for these in the future.

Paypal = speed @ gtmotorworks.com

Thanks Bane.
Do you "pop" the handle up into the clam, towards the car, or away from the car?

I'm pretty sure that the trick is to remove the driving lights. I'm just trying to avoid that.

Kind of toward the car and up. Here's what the light looks like right after it's popped out:

check out the pic above, you gotta press up on the flat part after the "hook" with the flattip screwdriver.

You have to shine a flashlight from the center grill towards the latch of the indicator. It's a little hard at first because the density of the grill weave gets in the way, but it can be done. It can take 10-30 sec or even 15 minutes!

Cool, I just got 2 more sets ready to ship out tonight!

I made a quick ghetto website to make payment easier for everyone:

http://www.gtmotorworks.com/stealth.html

(It's also in my sig)

Ian: Thanks for the the information!

I currently have *19* sets left in stock. Stealth was finally able to round up all of them and send them to me.
