Windshield for Lotus Elise

Good day Guys,

I use to race with a lotus, so I bought couple of these just in case

I still have 4 front heated left.

Brand new, still in the box, oem part, bought from Atlanta. The parts are in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

Thanks

Fred

Heated? A heated windshield? What did I miss here?
I am interested in a normal front windshield though.
Do you mean tinted?

The windshield were the one coming with the heated package ( better for racing in the rain ) I'm asking 600$ each. It would be easier for a local pick up or a delivery at the track.

I will be in the Canadian IMSA Porsche GT3 Cup events, so Mosport, Montréal, Trois-Rivières, and Calabogie.

I might be in Florida after the season in October, November or December. Usully we are going at Sebring for the Enduro race as well.

Guys,
The OP has 2 posts in total and is trying to sell something that appears to be fictional (heated windshield). STAY FAR AWAY!!

SERIOUSLY!

There are only two different windshields:
A117B0094F Windscreen & Finisher Assembly
A128B0156F Windscreen & Finisher Assembly, solar No green tinted band Exige option

I just double checked the master parts list. This for sale post seems fictional to me as well.

I agree 100% that it makes sense to be suspicious of a sale from someone with 2 posts and no history.

With that said the guy is offering personal delivery, how would that work if it's fake?

Plus, there are definitely aftermarket heated windscreens, I think they were actually somewhat popular in Europe for the S1 (figures given the raininess of the UK).

Sandbrooks Marine Glazing - For Marine Windows, Windscreens, Windshields & Doors is one of the Google results for a seller with a real heated windscreen, but even just searching "elise heated windscreen" on Google will yield installation threads along with pictures of heated Elise windscreens.
