This is best place to check to be sure that everything is still a go for our get-together Sunday at 4:00. So, you may want to check this before you make the trip.

It is a bit confusing when you read Doug's blog or look at the progress map. It would appear that they are a day behind, when in fact they are not.

To the best of our knowlege, they should be in Omaha tonight (Saturday night) and in Illinois in time for our party.

Sorry I couldn't make it, I was getting my arse handed to me in SS class at my first AutoX. It was very humbling to get whooped! I hope to meet y'all later this summer!

some of you know im not the social person here, haha, but im so glad i went.
everyone was very cool.

todd, you are a class act for hosting such a nice get together....
tracy, same to you for all the help you provided.
tracy also did the bbq'ing and prepared several dishes. her cooking is awesome!! nice to see rosa too!

ramsen, great to finally meet you. ill have to check out your car club some time.

it went from 86 degrees and sunny to raining in abt 5 seconds...
some folks were scrambling to put their tops back on....
their cars...

Thanks for organizing and hosting the event. It was great to meet some fellow owners and to see Evo's Z06. I just wish I had my car back.

Rey (ARedElise05) and I acted as Chicago tour guides for Doug this morning. Jared split off to head for home before we did a tour of downtown.

Not everyone knows this, but Doug and Jared skipped a day's worth of beautiful driving out west so as to make it to our Chicago gathering on time. We appreciate the sacrifice they made to visit with all of us.

It was a pleasure to host everyone at my place for what turned out to be a beautiful day and a great bunch of people! I look forward to getting together with everyone for some group drives soon.

Awesome meet and great seeing everyone. I'll take credit for saying you couldn't get Chicago people together. Todd, thanks so much for having us out. You and Margarite (sp?) were very hospitable. Glad to see we got Doug to the lakefront somehow considering we couldn't agree on a good way to do it last night. Thanks to Tracy for doing the awesome grilling and organizing.
