Actually, it really was strange. She really went out of her way to stop and tell us the whole story, warning us off a road we certainly didn't have to take going down...

The local news said there was a women seen running from the seen. The Reel inn is definitely close enough to run to. And you guys thought you were taking her breath away and she was just out of breath

This was at the top of Stunt Road, pretty far away from the scene...

The news just said they found a deceased woman in the trunk of the car, and witnesses said someone was seen running away.

Weird. Where was the guy's body? Murder/suicide?

No male body

My edumacated guess would be that they were transporting the body and the car caught fire (VW Jetta) so they took off

Back on topic, thanks all for the great ride and better than expected turn out. It was a fun drive. The group got split into 2, one group driving spirited and the other taking the scenic sunset cruise.

Fun drive yesterday.

Reel Inn sucks IMO. Food is ok for the money, but it shouldn't take that long to order and I didn't like the picnic tables. I bet no one here agrees with me. I'll organize a Terrific Twisty Thursday and I'll choose the restaurant.

Foods good enough for the money (cheap food, means more moola for gas), me thinks picnic tables are perfect for the large group, family style

look forward to Terrific Twisty Thursday, but sounds like I might need to start cutting coupons to keep putting gas in my car for all these drives

May have to organize an Outragous Ojai Orgasm Sunday (OOOS) soon too
