It can be done by painting the outer lens, or applying a film. The film can be taken off, but the paint usually looks better I think.

Mine is film. It's actually kind of funny I have my lights tinted too. One of my sidemarkers fell out and I had it replaced and that one is actually painted, while the rest are still film, lol.

I drove down to LA to hang out with the boys of Sticker City and they took care of me. One of my sidemarkers is actually painted, but that's a whole 'nother story.

This week's SR gathering (May 17) will be the "kick off" to a GGLC sponsored event that includes an East Bay drive, winery stop, and a great BBQ at a member's home in Danville--we might even get around to holding the monthly club meeting during the BBQ . We plan to leave for the drive at about 10:30 AM, and the BBQ starts around 2 PM. Food and drinks will be provided at the BBQ, but contributions for appetizers, desserts or wine will be accepted.
We would like to have a head count for the event, so please let me know here or via a PM if you are planning to participate. Also, I can forward route instructions for the drive if you PM me with an email address.

Sorry - I am out of town again.

Side note, the Lotus presence at SR is shrinking - only a total of 3 of us were there yesterday - there were just as many Murcis!

attendance has been variable...

There are few Lotuses at Santana Row lately. Attendance has been variable.

I parked next to a Ferrari and took comparison pictures! We sure are small cars...

The coming weekend is a very busy one. There is a pinball gathering in Dixon, I have a practice autocross on Saturday, and the Duel at Deanza is on Sunday. (See my other post on the Duel, a very fun autocross.)

As someone once said: "everything is relative"
In general Ferraris are very large cars, and the Elise makes my Elan look like a some kind of scale model toy .

So--any sign ups for the run/BBQ?

BUMP

Still looking for those sign-ups .

Right now all I have is:
shortpballer--dirve only
AgentTripleX--??

Remember, there will be lots of food/drink available at the end of the run, and the best news is that it's supposed to cool off a bit tomorrow .

I may end up at the Premiere Party. There are over 100 exotic cars that will be there. We'll see. It really depends on what time I wake up. I need to be back in the city by 2.

How many people you expecting at the BBQ? I don't have any plans for the weekend yet, unless my gf has already decided on something without telling me... don't have a car for the drive though
