May I recommend the GGLC karting event instead? May not be too many ferraris but we will have a lot more Lotus instead: NorCal / GGLC Winter Karting Series - LotusTalk - The Lotus Cars Community

Yea, I was at the first one, but felt more like a moving roadblock with all the hot shoes out there. Good luck with that inside line trick this time! ![]()

Anyone want to meet up tomorrow at Santana Row? 9:45-10am because I'm too lazy to get up early...

I should be able to make it tomorrow morning.
That might be just late enough for me to clean the tar off from the door sills before heading over. This is one case where I'm glad I have Starshield.

Raggedy1- if you've got some free time and can make it to the Marina airport, a bunch of us will be running in a autocross (Sunday). Pretty sure you could catch a few rides to boot. Heck I've got a few connections and might even be able to get you out for a run or two on your own.

Saturday I'll be going over some of the autocross gear and getting it packed. Still need to give my car a once over as well. So no, will not make it to Santana Row.
The autocross sold out in a week (that was about 3 weeks ago). Typically we've got a few no shows. If you want to take a chance a spot is open, be there by 8am. However we'll be there all morning and running till 4 or so. Might work out better, if you stop by when when your free. More so as a practice day (and a fellow Elise owner), you shouldn't have a problem catching a ride(s). And as I told Raggedy, think I could get you on course for a run or two.... gratis |

Hey Larry,
Thanks for the offer! Not sure I can get out very long if at all Sunday. I'll keep it in mind as I'm finishing up some things in the a.m. and try to head out. The odds are low, but ya never know! andy |

That was a lot of fun, and I didn't even drive...
Great meeting everyone there!

Here's a link to some pictures I took Saturday. Yes, there were more Lotuses there, but I shot mostly other cars, and ignored the Vettes.

Anyone going to be there this Saturday 5/2? I'm holding class at National University, which has their classes right next door to the parking lot. I'll park my Lotus in the lot and I'll duck out every once in a while and wonder on over. The final starts at 9AM...hope to see people there.
