Get off the 210 at Azuza (Rt 39) into the mountains. Takes about 20 minutes into the mountains to hit the rd. Whole thing takes about 50 minutes, drops you off at the Rd to Mt. Baldy, you can head back down to the freeway or go for a nice drive to Mt. Baldy

Ahh, yes. The road where I raced the crap out of my Audi when I was at the Claremont Colleges.

GREAT road. Ten times longer than anything in Malibu.

SO where's the cheese steak?

no one responded so i just went up to village coffee instead. then drove slowly through the malibu canyons

maybe we should invite other 'interesting' cars and make this a weekly meet. my only fear is that then we'll get even more cool cars to come out and pretty soon, it will fill up the entire parking lot, pissing off the hair salon and the scrapbooking store forcing the landlord to eventually shut it down.

I'm with Simon. I think we just need to let operation safe canyon run out of money then we can go back to business as usual. This was never intended as a car "meet", but a place for us to meet to go on the drives.

Saturdays seem to be a lot better than Sundays as far as cops go in that area from what I have seen the past few months.
