I'll try, but it's hard to commit since I work for Chasecam now in San Diego. It was great seeing every one today.

Long weekend... Anyone up for Ojai?

I will be there Sunday looking for a nice ride north up to Ojai or perhaps Solvang? But am open to a short run as well... coffee and cars?

Let me know who is up for a drive...

Just got back from a trip and seem to have collected a cold on my travels. If I can get up I may come for a coffee - not sure if I'm up for a long drive, but we'll see.

MOTOR 4 TOYS... Come one come all!!!

I have attended this event 2 years now and its a bunch of fun!!!

I am planning to LEAVE the normal MDR location at 8am SHARP for the event (which starts at 9am...) that way we can get a good parking spot...

Please arrive in MDR with a full tank of gas at 7:30am.

It would be great to roll in as a small group as in years past... if you are interested please show up...

Be sure to register, print and bring the waiver and a Toy...

Also the OC group of 11 cars is supposed to arrive at MDR , then that group of cars is supposed to meet with a group of 10 cars in Agoura , then arrive at the event with one super group of around 30 to hopefully 40 Lotus.
Be sure to follow the info in the thread and be sure to download the entry form and sign it including passengers ! don't forget the toys either If I get up early enough I am going to try to be at MDR if not then I plan on going straight to the Agoura Hills que spot.

Where are all of the MDR group? Maajr, Kaz, etc??

Great drive last week!

Thank you all for the nice drive through the canyons to the Motor 4 Toys event last week...

If you are not on the Track with this car I can't think of a more fun time than to actually "Drive" and meet up with all of the beautiful "show queen" cars... Don't get me wrong I love a clean car and a car show but "damn"... Drive it.

Anyway, not looking to create controversy, just saying thanks to the drivers that showed up...

Sorry about the blurry shot... hard to drive and snap a shot at the same time...

when did you guys go out for the drive? I was going to ask some of the peeps, but everyone separated. Were you with Neil & Patrick at Chuy's? I accidentally came up on you guys. My coworker with his M Coupe spotted me & honked on Agoura, I turned around to catch up but couldn't find them. I figured they might have lunch at Islands or Chuy's. Oh well, I was really itching for a canyon run.

did anyone see that F348 with the rear wing? what's the story with that? Surprised I missed that car.

That car show needed a bouncer badly. It was a terrific example showing most Americans have no taste. Those who didn't attend didn't miss a thing. However, the drive to and from was a lot of fun. Worn out tires and cold weather reminded me of my ice racing days.

Too funny.

"a car show bouncer"... Thats some funny stuff its like an auto fashion police. There was clearly some whacked out rides.

Sorry I missed the drive back sounds like it was a good time.

Not sure if it was the ugly cars but something made me really sick almost back to 100% so I will be out tomorrow. Is anyone else available for a 9 to nooner?

Pray for good weather...

It will be great to see you... and not on an Elephant... :-) Looked like you had a great time... Welcome back.

I will be over at the lot for coffee and car talk, but if the skys looks funky the drive might be for breakfast in Malibu and not a day in the canyons... :-)

Has anyone checked out the roads since the rains???

What wonderful weather today. I should have taken more photos. Just the right number of cars. I'm glad I went.

Yes it's the Larini with SE tips (my car). The tips are ridiculously large for a small engine but I admit I bought it for the Bling factor more than function.

It was a great day out there except for some of the rocks and run off from the recent rain, but even that was better than I thought it might be. I can't remember being able to see Catalina so clearly from up by Neptune's Net, just about 50 miles away and clear as a bell, beautiful.

I was on Decker canyon Sunday (thousand oaks side) and there were rocks at more than half the turns.

it looks great. I'm really tempted to swap my exhaust for it.
