Woke up too late for MDR but eventually went up Latigo to the lookout...way too much CHP for my taste so went over the Angeles Crest. Was following a bike, a firetruck passed us and I think he kept his eyes on the truck, next thing he knows he's headed straight for the guard rail and hits it going like 5mph, really weird accident we were well under the posted 45 in that turn too. Anyways his foot is banged up but there were 5 fire and med trucks there in like 2 minutes.

Oh some pics of my car...wing has been lowered to roofline per APR guidelines for notched body styles, wheels were powdercoated black.

Beautiful day! Would have been better at Spring Mountain with everyone else

No they were really cool guys, sounded like a straight pipe lol. I just think for all that trouble it's the wrong car to make "fast", but, after saying that yeah as for as BMW's go that one is cool lol.

CHP came to the lookout in force when I got there, and had speed traps coming up to the lookout and from the other side as well.

It was our usual group out for coffee at MDR. Top of stunt is still closed and appears it will be for some time. Though i suppose if you're really daring, you can make it over the dirt and gravel.

We got a chance to get up close and personal with a "Kermit the Frog" Green Tesla. wow, these are alot easier to get in and out of than our Loti. the side sill has been lowered several inches, making the door height and opening much taller. so much for the "Tesla interior door panel" mod i wanted to do.

we saw one CHP unit cruising up Piuma, but a nice motorcycle rider was kind enough to warn us of impending doom.

I saw that M6 getting a speeding ticket on the 101 on my way to Supercar Sunday. They were on their way to SCS as I saw them driving into the parking lot a few minutes later. Beautiful car.
