But detailing day in and day out? I don't care what it pays, I'd get hellishly bored in about one day. Maybe two.

For one thing, the people that work for Jay are like family. And she does more than detail cars. She helps take care of them. She helps to make sure the garage runs smoothly. In the end, the garage is a big entity that requires a number of people to run as Jay wants it to. They deal with all kinds of suppliers, sponsors, vendors, big wigs, etc. She knows each car very well. She also struck me as an amazingly cool person.

It never was explained, what's Jay's beef with Ferarri?

He went to buy a car, expected he could pay list. They wanted a hefty premium above MSRP. Considering many companies just give cars to Leno. He is a fan of Ferrari as a car.

But it is easy to give up 2 minutes of sex for fifteen seconds of Mclaren.

One of my most awesome experiences was a private tour of Renault F1 in England where they did the engine rpm thing. I swear it was glorious even though I thought my ears would bleed.

and the person who parks next to him is NBC local newsguy Paul Moyer, who himself has a nice collection of F-cars, a Porsche and a Ford GT, so there's not as much risk of door dings.

I'm just a bit surprised they never built him a carport or something, it's not fair to see the sun and even rain bear down on some of those vehicles.
So with Conan coming to L.A. to do the Tonight Show, the question is... does he now get Jay's prime parking spot on the NBC lot?

I don't think Conan cares as much about his car getting scratched. He had like an old Ford Taurus SHO for years. I have no idea what he drives now, probably like a Camry or something.

Hey Chris, welcome to the forum. I like the in cockpit bias adjustment and the S.P.A. dash.

I wonder who they think they are marketing to? While the models are nice to look at, I don't see myself running out to buy a dress at JC Penny anytime soon

At least it is a SHO they actually have great engines and it's a stick shift.
