Arrow [San Antonio] ACBC Charter Meeting | Saturday February 28

Calling All British Sportscars!
Over the past few years you may have spied an occasional motley caravan of Lotus cars threading the streets of San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country. From our ad-hoc beginnings, the Alamo City British Car Club has grown in size and scope, hosting charity rallies, spirited drives, track days, and social events welcoming all British sportscar enthusiasts.

Now, with our ambitious calendar plans for 2009, the time has come to formally charter our efforts!

Alamo City British Car Club
Join us at Gonzaba Autoplex 2.00 PM this Saturday, February 28th, as we incorporate San Antonio's British sportscar community for our next exciting phase of development. Items on the agenda will include:
  • ACBC Corporate Charter and Elections
  • National Club Affiliations
  • VisionWalk Charity Team
  • VisionDrive Charity Rally
  • Lotus Owners Gathering (LOG 29)
  • Texas All British Car Day
  • Church of the Three Sisters (Monthly Spirited Drives)
  • ACBC Concourse and Caravan (Seasonal Leisurely Drives)
  • Texas Lotus Challenge Series
  • All British Track Day
  • British Garage Tech Meets
  • Big Bend Open Road Race
All Marques Welcomed.
Our roots may be in the Lotus community, but we extend full participation to all makes and models of British sportscar enthusiasts.

Now's the perfect opportunity to bring your opinions, expertise, and enthusiasm aboard as we establish one of the most dynamic and involved driver's clubs in central Texas. Anyone can be a part of the action, no matter their experience.

It's going to be a fantastic 2009!

I copied your club intro and event invite on our Houston site. Maybe some folks from H-town will make it out for your opening. Have a good one and enjoy the ride!

Arrow Gonzaba Autoplex | 2.00 Saturday

Just a quick reminder of this weekend's Charter Meeting!

We've received confirmation from the local Austin Healey, DeLorean, Jaguar, MG, and Triumph communities, and expect an exciting jump start to our 2009 calendar. Let's see an impressive Lotus turn-in!
