San Diego Sunday Drive [2] - LotusTalk

I religiously take my car through the hills of northern San Diego County every Sunday morning . I will be going out again tomorrow. If any one wants to tag along, or lead the way, lets go! There appears to be plenty of Elises/Exiges in San Diego to get at least a few drivers together and have some fun. I have a pretty good route that I normally do, but I am receptive to any and all suggestions. If you're interested in starting a San Diego area Sunday morning drive, post back.

I'll be leaving the Ramona area about 9:00 AM.

Thanks for the invite. But I've got Mt. biking and paddle boarding this weekend. Maybe next time. By the way, I have some good footage of the Mesa grande part. I'll try to get a good cut and post it up.

Sorry, I'm not allowed to talk about it in details. Dealer told me that flux capacitor is a $5000 option, and only really cool people could order that, and we needed to keep it secret.

I'm too new to the group to suggest a route, so instead I'm just showing up and going along for the ride.

I would take a guess that we'll head up the hill towards Ramona and then Santa Ysabel, from there either Palomar or Julian. I'll just play follow the leader, and hopefully avoid the shoulder this week

Just got a chance to watch the video. Very nice, thanks for putting that up.

Look forward to seeing you out on another run soon, have fun with that whole Mt Biking and Paddleboard stuff.

Just kidding, I'm a big fan of the biking and water sports activities.

Can't wait to see the Mesa Grande footage, that's my favorite stretch of road on the drive.

Adam and Ilir, as usual, it was quite a nice day and great seeing you guys again. Special shout out and big huge THANKS

to Ilir for helping Ali with the fuel situation at the base of Palomar. I hope it wasn't too convoluted resolving that...

Sorry I couldn't stick around for the fun, as it was I got home with 5 minutes to spare to get me and my daughter over to Church. Couldn't miss that today

, so I'm glad things worked out.

I'm out for this coming weekend - family in town from San Francisco - but look forward to joining another ride soon.
