right down Jamul Dr. toward Steele Canyon golf course. Waved for a few seconds, but I guess you didn't see me.

BTW, nice drive. Maybe a little dusty from the rain the day before, but a nice moderate pace on some great roads. The return drive was just as good.

i m going... i just got my rear diffuser back, so i can go now. local discount tire is so busy with their holiday stuff, so my new rims/tires will have to wait until after new year. are we going to the new route or same old route? I prefer new route as I didn't go the last time

Not many people has Monday holiday, unless you work for government institution or some sort (bank, stock market, etc). At least I don't...

A friend and I are leading a small group of import cars (VW GTI's, BMWs, maybe a few others) through the backroads this Sunday. Many of them have never driven back there before; so there will probably be a few times were we have stop and wait for them to catch up. But anyone is welcome to join our little group, I can rearrange things to put the faster drivers at the front of the group. Give me a heads up if you want to come along.

probably along the usual route (highland, etc), although I might switch things around if palomar has Ice/snow. It also depend on how well my import friends can follow me , some of them have still not learned that any car can go fast in a strait line, but it takes a good driver to go fast through the corners

I am meeting the group near Del Mar at 8:45, so because the usual meeting place is right by Highland valley anyway, I can swing by the usual meeting spot sometime around 9-9:10 ish.

Hopefully Palomar doesn't snow or ice. It looks like the weather is sunny, but a bit cold. I am IN. Meet about 9 AM at the same place on Sunday? We should go early as I don't want to miss Chargers game vs that awful Pats.

By the way, how many non Lotus are coming? So far we have 4 Lotus including me.

On the last run with Luke's dad we went up Palomar and there was snow but the roads were still good. That said, there are still many roads that we can hit up out there besides Palomar.

Are you guys doing your own drive, or are we joining together? I have about 5 non-lotus cars in tow. If we are joining, then I should be there around 9; if not, enjoy the run, and be careful with the 048 tires and the cold (not very much grip).

Mini Bizzarrini,

I was assuming we would tag along with your group, if you're coming by.
