What time do you all usually get out? I am a big fan of the sunrise breakfast runs and back home early.

Iffy for that late of a start. It has been fairly crowded with LEOs and bike accidents lately. I did a mid-week run last week to Palomar and didn't have another car going in my direction either up or down.

My goal for this week is to meet at 8 and leave by 8:15ish, this way we will be back by around 11-11:30. I did a Palomar run last sunday to test things out and it wasn't that bad, but it was later in the afternoon, and everyone that saw me behind them pulled over

. For a meeting location, I need to know who is coming and from where. We can meet at the usual location off rancho bernardo road, we can meet at a gas station off of the 56, or somewhere in delmar; it just depends on where people are coming from.

So what do you guys think, meet at the usual location off rancho bernardo at either 8 and leave by 8:15, or at 8:15 and leave by 8:30. I can change the location, but this seems like the easiest place.

8 is too early for me, but if that's the good time such that there won't be cops that will spoil our run, i might be in. can't commit though. i think keep it at the regular meeting place will do...

There are two reasons why I picked an earlier time, one is the hope that there will be less people on the road, and two because the later it gets in the day the hotter it will be. How about we meet between 8:15 and 8:30 at the usual location. The route I picked is about 2.5-3 hours long, but i picked directions where first timers are safer. Also the route allows modifications if people want to extend the drive.

you guys missed a good drive, almost no traffic. We need more lotus on these drives, I was the only one amoung some bmws. Can't make it next week, I will be at the monteray historics.
