Yeah, it was definitely enjoyable morning. Nice weather, good drive and enjoyed having breakfast with everyone. Maybe we have to leave a little earlier to have less traffic. However, the traffic wasn't too bad.

Coronado historics next weekend!

The earlier the better, the closer to La Jolla the better... I propose 0700 at the same place as last time (meet @ the Peets coffee off highway 56 and Camino del sur (in the shopping mall where the albertsons is).

But I am as flexible as Gumby.

I'll text Rod and Paul, in case they were waiting for a nudge...

Rod is out. Paul is MIA.

I might just cruise around on my own, I do not want to impose an obligation on anyone.
Still, I've never seen a Noble in action...

Welcome Back Jeph

I am currently posting via satellite from the eastern Med. I'll be back in San Diego by late October. Hopefully we can get a semi-regular drive going again.

I heard cars and coffee will be starting in San Diego on a monthly basis. The first being this weekend. I will post when I have the details. Could be great for a regular gathering of the local enthusiast community and more of the Lotus community to get together.

There was a little confusion. It sounds like the next car's and coffee will be at the SD auto museum in Balboa Park. It sounds like this will be monthly and not weekly. Once I confirm the details I will post.

We also need to set up a drive real soon. At the moment, next weekend already looks full for me but, if anything changes I will post to get a drive going. We should be reaching the time of year to comfortable drive through hills and down to Borrego without it being too hot!

Saturday evening I did some digging and ended up at Miramar Speed Circuit on Sunday morning. It was a pretty good turnout. Few Ferraris a CGT and a lot of stangs. All around a pretty good turnout. I got to see a GTR in the flesh and that mad me happy. It was black and a lot better looking than I thought it would be.

The classic works for me.

Meet in RB, HVR to Ramona, Old Julian Hwy, Mesa Grande, Palomar option or Sunrise.

We can discuss at start point.

If an alternative meeting is chosen let me know.
