Man you are good, it took me more than a little while to find that out. I was thinking like 9:30 but I know 8:30 is better so... 8:30 it is. See you then!
Craig, tonight I am going to winstons in OB for a show. But I won't be staying out late. |

Anyone up for a drive to Julian tomorrow morning for breakfast? Plan right now is to leave Mission Valley around 0700. Should be a small affair, with myself, Luke, and Matt (dabears2k). Anyone else? Wives / significant others more than welcome to ride along...
![]() Note: If it rains, we will cancel. However, at this point it looks as though it should be dry tomorrow morning.

Would be interested but, given the current weather pattern I am going to check it a little later. I heard it could snow a bit tonight in the local mountains so even if it's dry in Mission Valley it could get a little sloppy through Cuyumaca to Julian. I am hoping for a dry day tomorrow as I would like to drive to Borrego and back. Wait and see at this point.

Concur - I checked the "Liar Channel" and they are calling for a chance of snow showers overnight. We will likely make up our mind here in a few hours...

Anyone out that way today? How are the roads? Lots of sand or is it pretty much scrubbed off by now? If it's nice tomorrow, I'll probably go for a drive in the AM...

I took the kids to the snow this morning. We left Ramona at 7:00. The road was dry almost all the way up to Julian. After Julian, 79 to Cuyamaca had a few patches of ice in the shady spots under the trees. We went up Sunrise to the top of the Lagunas before the crowds got out of bed. Sunrise still had a lot of ice in the shade at noon today. I heard Banner grade had a lot of tree limbs dumped on it. Given its exposure, I'll bet there is a bit of ice on it. If you're going to Borrego, go left at Santa Ysabel and go down through Montezuma Valley, everything I saw today above 3000' was not Lotus friendly. Lots of sand and the occasional ice patch.
There was over two feet of snow dumped on the ground above Lake Cuyamaca. |

No fun... guess that means it's a no go. Especially considering I have heat-cycled treadless 888s on the car. Oh well...

Last minute but, anyone up for a drive tomorrow morning? Hayseed, do you know the condition of the roads between Ramona and Borrego? Still recommend S22? I thought this was higher then 3000'.

Anyone planning on going to Cars and Coffee at the San Diego Automotive Museum in Balboa Park? It's from 700-900am tomorrow, Sunday. There is some info on the SD automotive museum website.

Hmm... was thinking of driving up to Malibu, but this would certainly be closer. So yeah, maybe.
