Great drive this morning. Thanks to Mike for leading our way up. It is hard to believe how well he drives with those front tires. Also thanks to Lisa for dragging me back to SD. It is hard to believe how she sees the road with that OEM mirror. Even with that handicap, she definitely does NOT drive like a girl.

Did you guys ever make it up to Palomar? I ran straight from Temecula and figured if I ran into to you I'd chase you guys down. The bikers up there were getting a little squirrely so I only went up and over and then back again.

Thanks for coordinating the drive, removing my visors so I could at least see partially through my winsheild around that HUGE mirror, and for the compliment on my driving! . It was nice meeting you Mike. Thanks for leading that spirited jaunt. Looking forward to the next one, sans the mirror!! I ordered a micro mirror when I got home so I could keep up with the Jones'!!

Yeah, me too... I decided to let my body decide what time to wake up this morning, and it was too late for the SDSD (San Diego Sunday Drive)... I'm up for the next one though...

We ended up doing Highland Valley, Old Julian Highway and Wynola Rd. then took Highland Valley back home. I bet the weather was perfect for Palomar today, maybe next time out we'll have a chance to meet up with you! Watched your video, OUCH!! Amazed how you kept right up after the windshield broke!

Ha yeah! It wasn't fun realizing the window cracked and couple minutes later I realized if if kept sulking I'd be minutes behind the Enzo..... It was a fun drive that day. Palomar was fun today. It was really hot on the bottom of the East grade. But the top and tight side was pretty darn quick. I'll keep an eye on this thread and the next time you're interested in Highland, Mesa, Palomar let me know.

Rus, I feel the same way about 7:00am. But last Sunday even at 8.00, it was scorching inferno out there.

Only 3 cars so far, shame on you San Diego...

I'd like to join you, but we're camping in the Cuyamacas this weekend.

Towing the trailer up Hwys 78 & 79, I'll be the one holding up traffic for a change.

Have fun.
