I want to start doing some track modifcations this winter. Do you know of any good shops in my area that work on Lotuses for harness, fuel cell, etc. installation?

Sorry I haven't checked my pm for awhile, I'll try to reply a bit quicker in the future.

Glad to hear there more Lotuses around AL. Do you autocross with SCCA? I've just been doing track events with PCA but I have been thinking about trying some others like Chin or Zoom. I got started with PCA when I waywardly had a Porsche. I have since corrected my ways fortunately. I started autocrossing this year as well and enjoy it nearly as much as the track- nearly but not quite as much.

When events get going next season, if you or some of the other Lotus folks are going to an event in central/north AL or GA let me know. It would be great to have Elises, Exiges and an Evora playing together.

Some friends of mine saw a red Elise in Cullman with the tag "xlent". Any one you know?

Another Lotus has sneaked into AL! I'm around Smith Lake (north AL) and very new to Lotus. I became the proud owner of an Evora S in Sept. and have had a steady grin on my face since purchase. Glad to see there are a few more Lotuses around the area. I'll be at the Barber PCA DE in Dec.. Are you or any other Lotus folks going to be there? Do you know how many Lotuses in AL? Hope to meet you at some point.

I saw your post about wanting to put seats in your two cars and while I don't have any knowledge of putting race seats in a Lotus I would like to inform you of my interest in your old seats. See I'm 6'2" tall and own a 96 Miata. I know its a Mazda, but what can I do? I want to get my head under the roll par and the lotus seats are about the most comfortable seats I've sat in. I don't know if you want to sell your old seats but I'm just out looking for someone who wants to make a deal. Please feel free to contact me at Leininger.md@gmail.com if you want to help me out with this. In any regards I will not send you another message about this, I don't want to pester you. Thank you.
