Well... I am afraid I would not be one to turn the other cheek in a situation like this... If they, or your settlement, are not covering the cost to get the install up to scratch by a competent shop then I would feel it my duty to make sure as many car owners as posible they might come in contact with know about the potential risks of dealing with them.
If they are fully funding the repairs then I guess that's standing behind the work (sort of) but it sounds like they have deprived you of using the car for months, damaged it as well and left you out of pocket. If so I would link this thread all over the place.
