Not to be an ass, but jacking the Evora onto stands is not so simple.
Before I received my car I purchased 4 nice ESCO jackstands, with a stable tripod base and flat rubber tops, well recommended for the Elise, I was all set for maintenance, the day the car arrived, WRONG.
Spent more than my other 12 jackstands put together and almost worthless on the Evore, the lift points are one and the same as the only stand points, thus the significance of the thread. No it ain't rocket science, but then the solutions are not shop & beer talk either.
Solutions range from put car up up on ramps, wheel hub stands or the direction I went after my 1st misfire, then 2nd ramp pat, I now use 2 Jackpoint stands (http://www.jackpointjackstands.com/
) at back lifting point and the ESCO's slide under the front points. Jackpoints are not cheap, but 2 will not break the bank and will guarantee a stable base, suspension free work space and no risk of chassis break.
