FREE! Elise, Exige Black Side Mirror Access Covers

I recently had some work done on my car and the tech lost that goofy paper cover for the hole that accesses the side mirror mount.

So I went to McMaster/Carr and found a perfect replacement. Part #99126306 .

I had to buy 100 to get just two, so have a couple left over!

Anybody that wants a pair (or more ) can send me a self addressed stamped (two stamps) and I will send some free, until they run out or I get tired.

I received mine a few weeks ago and they fit perfectly.

I actually lightly sanded (800 grit) off the "dimple" on the top and hit it with three light coats of satin black paint. They look completely factory - well what the factory SHOULD have used

Actually NO.

Both stickers AND plugs weigh in at zero grams on my scale.

Hmm, I'm slightly confused, on my car, i lost the ones for the driver side mirror, but they were stickers, not plugs.
Does the car come with stickers or plugs when stock?

Yes, as the OP said, the car came with stickers.
I believe it's one of these.

He found a plug that fits in the hole from a small parts company that sells it in bulk and is/was giving them away.

I've installed it on my car, and it fits perfectly.

OP, can you tell us where you ordered these? If you've already given away your 100 plugs, I'd like to order a batch of 100 for myself, and follow your example by offering the "excess" up to the community.

It's in the first post, ordered from McMaster/Carr and he provided the part number.
