Question Victory Lotus, NJ - Dealership Experience?

Hello,
Anyone have any maintenance done at Victory Lotus, NJ?
Lotus of Princeton sold over to victory and there has not been a dealership / maintenance shop for a while until Victory came back o the scene.
I must say on the couple occasions I went to Lotus of Princeton where I bought mine from, the service experience left little to be desired. I had to escalate to the gent who sold me the car on both occasions and to this day, I must say that the long gashes / scratches left on the wheels were made by them and they refused to take ownership and 2) When they installed my Larini exhaust, it was done wonky and it shows if you look carefully...

Anyhow, I had moved on to my trusted mechanic of many years when Lotus of Princeton closed shop. As a fellow car guy and a personal acquaintance, he has been caring very well for my Lotus.
I am curious to see if Victory Lotus is any better than Lotus of Princeton...
Thoughts?

For those who worked with him, Ian MacDonald is no longer there. He can be reached at 609-532-6610.

Hmmm. Do they have a new Lotus tech to replace him? I liked Ian personally, but as a mechanic he pretty much had to do everything twice in my experience.

Stopped by Victory on Monday to check out the new Evora 400. The Lotus USA rep stated that a Lotus tech is currently working at the dealership. I believe his name is Dennis.

I didn't even get a note from them that it was there, and I had quite a bit of correspondence with them last year. I did get a note from Autosport, but couldn't make the date.

If you ever require an independent specialty shop in our area, call Bill Thomas at William Thomas Roadsters, LLC, located in Frenchtown, NJ.
