2007 Elise Pricing Question

I'm in CT and Valenti has a red/black Elise with touring, star, and hardtop for 48ish, and they told me they could do 45k on it. I'm not sure if this is a such a great deal or not? My wife and I love the car, but I'm thinking I could do better then 45k. What are the '07 going for 10% off of list?

2007 Elise $46,270
Destination 925
Hardtop 1,475
Touring 1,350
Starshield 995
MSRP $51,015

If this is a 2007, it is already being discounted heavily at $48k.

The guy tells me that they got this car in before the 07 price went up? So the sticker shows 48,700 for the MSRP, not sure how that work though.

The initial batch of 2007 Elise had a base price of $43,990. All cars thereafter had a price increase to $46,270. So the pricing now makes more sense.

Sent you an E-mail but yes (mostly). The "launch" cars had the new of 07 Alpine stereo and sealed headlights but not the bumperettes of the later 07 cars. These cars also were spec built cars and were essentially all the same, except for color, as dealers had no say in their specification.
