Computer print out on my car

I just got my 7,500 mile check up on my elise and the technician gave me a print out on my cars statistics. I didn't think to ask any questions.
I looked in the manual and on the internet but I could not find any information or explaination on the print out. I did several searches on elisetalk and found nothing (sorry if it is somewhere). Is this data usually available to customers? This info could be dangerous if available to police or insurance agent. This information could be great for parents when their teenager wants to use the car. Can I access this data on my own? Is it in kilometers or miles per hour? If this is not normally given to owners, I would ask for it.

Below is a protion of the print out:

Looks to me like you're babying your Elise! You've never even hit the rev limiter! No, this isn't data you can access on your own, you need the Lotus Scan Tool to do so.

KM per hour for all speed readings.
Yes, this is normal to receive. It is the output from your car's ECU.
The car thinks the fastest you 've gone is about 91 mph (147KPH).
You've really babied this car... never even hit 8K rpms
There should have been a bit on the end of the tape which had number of standing starts. I'm going to guess that it was zero.
Max engie speed is not by gear, it's by event. it was measuring the max rpms each time you revved it.

If you want to see more on this data, do an advanced search, title only on "ECU DUMP."

Get to the track or autocross. USE THAT CAR LIKE IT'S MEANT TO BE USED!

7,500 miles with a total engine running life of 25' 42" 10.0s? That's a pretty impressive average of almost 292 mph.

Who said you're babying your car?

It doesn't appear that all the data is present I know I have been above 120MPH but it appears the data indicates only top 91 MPH, I do +90 MPH probablely every week. The fact that it only has 25 hrs of recorded time I don't think the info is complete. Last winter my battery went dead. Did I loose my data from last year?

NUMBER OF STANDING START :
No data available
OIL TEMP DEG C
No data available
