1976 Lotus Elite project in New Jersey - SOLD

SOLD

https://jerseyshore.craigslist.org/c...712253996.html
No relation, no affiliation*, FYI only.
decent complete project for only $2,500

*CORRECTION: I previously owned this and sold to current owner several years ago. I currently have no vested interest in the car, but only offering to help current owner in free advertising. He is in failing health/ill and cannot complete the restoration so just putting in a good word. This car deserves a good home.

no, it's not a Gremlin, but i'll surely bet it has its share of Gremlins included!

The Elite look made more sense than the Eclat, and IMHO has aged better. The Excel looks better because it has the thicker rear quarter without the station wagon look

I have to wonder if anyone took care of these, you usually see them just like this.

actually you see them in far worse condition. this one is rather complete and nice. unfortunately the interiors on these never survive and that's the expense.
