Approx 300. Most were RHD for UK & Japan.
Both countries allowed the 2-Eleven to be road legal, with a slightly toned-down Road Pack compared to the Track Pack.
After that, I guess most of the rest went to mainland Europe, but depending on the country, may not be road legal.
As the (3 year?) production run started 10 years ago, and some have been written-off by now, I guess current numbers are nearer 250, some of which are pure race cars.
Lotus made most of them at the start of production, with the full-fat spec. As sales slowed towards the end, they offered low spec versions too (no SC, Ohlins etc) at a cheaper price point. They are waaay less desirable .
If you nip over to The Lotus Forums site, theres a dedicated section for 2-Elevens which gives you deeper info.
I just recently sold my LHD 2007 Launch Edition - the most franetic driving car I've every owned. Even a quick blast would give you a buzz that sets you up for the day :-). Strangely, I had no real interest from LT members when I advertised it, but buyers from mainland Europe were fighting to buy it...
