I have a Lotus Again!

After three long years of restoration, my Europa is on the road again!

Mechanically, the car is sound. For the first time ever I have Brakes that work and turn signals the signal. The car ran with out over heating.

The frame was redone, all seals and what nots changed. all new brake lines and components, an air damn is in place new coolant pipes, new header new dash, new shocks and springs, tires and wheels. I have new headlights (LED) and new bushings and mounts. all and all, its been refurbished or replaced.

I had it out for about an hour today felt great.

I like everything with the exception of that AZTEK in the background!!🙈

Any way you could photoshop that thing out?😉

Nice color combo. Congrats on getting her up and running. Looks like you chose some sticky shoes😀
Must feel great. Are you the original owner?

The aztec is a friends car he is trying ti flip... cant wait to see how he does with that.

I bought the Europa from the original owner a few years ago. put about 9k on it before sending it to the shop. Its been a long time coming, originally quoted at 6 months... 34 months later....

Great News Rob!

So, now the 'Ropa will be your "reliable vehicle"? (I heard about your travails with the Jeep.)

Well... that was a quick 12 hours.

I was out this morning and after a quick pit spot to check on the jeep i got back in the car and it stopped running right. sputtering and back firing.

I limped back to the shop....

Shrug....
