Multi function relay unit. The car has one in the engine bay and one at the front and they are not interchangeable.

Well I actually disconnected the battery terminals and put them together to ground everything out. Put them back on the battery and everything works perfect. My only issue now is that the car wants to shut off when I come to a stop. I've checked timing twice now, so I don't think it's that. Working on that issue in another thread.

So for anyone experiencing trouble with this topic, it's worth a try to disconnect from the battery and put the positive and negative from the car together and reconnect...not really sure why, but it worked in my case after trying almost everything else.
