Does Multi Function Relay Unit also controls Fuel Injectors?

Hi Guys,
Does MFRU also controls(or have relay) for Fuel Injectors?
My 2005 Elise with VF SC and Charlie X tune ECU suddenly died on the road yesterday. (Here is separate thread for that https://www.lotustalk.com/forums/f25/...0/#post5386306 )

I concluded that Fuel Injectors are stop working. Fuse for it is fine and I don't see any obvious signs to the wire harness.
Only other thing I can think of is the MFRU. Does that unit also has relay for injectors?
Any help would really appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

Chris

Yes, power to the injectors flows from the rear VE+ post through the MFRU (eng. control relay), through fuse R7, then on to the injectors which are grounded via the ecu.

Thanks you Mikelr! Then it's possible MFRU might be at fault of my issue. Appreciate it!

Does your fuel pump audibly whir for a couple seconds when you first turn the key?
