has anyone used a Soundstream VR-345 headunit? single din w/ back up camera

i'm in the market for a new head unit, with my exhaust, i can barely hear the audio anyways, so audio quality is not a big concern with me

my main concerns are
-single din, non-flip out, i do not want to modify the dash or trim the wiper stalk
-ability to display back up camera
-front usb port to charge my phone

i spoke with a crutchfield product assistance specialist, and he recommends the Soundstream VR-345 unit

Soundstream VR-345 DVD receiver at Crutchfield.com

just wondering if anybody has had first hand experience with this unit? he said the FM tuner quality is not as great as other head units, but my OEM speakers aren't the greatest either, so i don't care
