I love my RED LED in my Elise. And it was convenient since I had to replace the stock off yellow since it died.

Just an update, bulbs are on their way. They should be here either tomorrow or Tuesday.

just installed the blue LED.. thanks james for the great product! It took me 15 minutes in the dark with no light except for my key chain LED

Just did this ... Jaguar, your instructions are spot on, thanks. A little I can add on that metal collar ... you can tell which way it goes back in without a trial and error.

If you look into the switch there's two grooves the metal collar can slide back into. One will have, at bottom, the same two circles of bent metal that appear on the metal collar that holds the led. Slide the metal collar into the groove that does NOT have the metal circles at the bottom .. that's the correct orientation.

Also, I found it easier to unscrew the grooved plastic ring before disconnecting the square block from the switch body ... the grooved plastic ring on mine was tight and the square block gave me something more meaty to counter hold against.

I used a red led .. a little showy at night, but perfect in the day.
