Control Arms Bushings & Ball Joint & Hub Project

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share a picture of my control arm/hub project. Just had them all powder coated
and re-bushed with Black Watch Racings bushings and adjustable ball joints. I also had the hubs
powder coated (no more nasty rusted parts). So onto re-assembling all four corners with braided
stainless lines, BOE NAS toe links, Ferrodo DS2500 pads. Track season is arriving quickly!!

Cheers,

Henry

Looks great. I’m planning the same thing. Just deciding on color. Did the powder coat the hub and wheel bearing also or did you spray them.

hubs/uprights were powder coated as well but all mating surfaces were masked off.
The wheel bearings were sprayed mat black with hardened wheel studs installed.

@Falsey - yeah that was a blast, but it's done.
Weird why the upper front bolts have the large shims, but the upper rear bolts have small washers (2 on one side, 2 on the other). I printed out the schematic from the parts catalog as a guide.
