Missing bolt on side scoop

See the three metal fasteners that attach the side scoop? The bottom one flew off and now the scoop is loose. I want the fasteners to match of course. Is this a generic fastener I get at the hardware store or is it a Lotus part I need to order? Any tips? Thanks

The screw is generic

5 or 6 mm button head socket

there is a washer underneath it that is a Lotus part

There should be a nylon washer it threads into that keeps it from going away if it unscrews

You can find them in a hardware store that has a large bolt selection, they are not rare.
