Setting Damping on Bilstein Track Pack Coilover

Very basic question on setting the damping for the Bilstein Track Pack Coilover. How do I know what number I have set it on between 1-10? Is there a marker or arrow that points to the number (I didn't see one)? Or, do I bottom it out at 1 by rotating counter clockwise (to stopping point) and then count off clicks for each number? I am assuming the latter, but really don't know as I don't have the manual. [ Note: the car is an Exige S240.]

Thanks much and I did try to search in advance.

There is a small red dot that shows you what setting is selected (link to example, you can see the red dot in #3)

Good luck, if possible, replace your suspension bolts with new bolts.
