Up for sale is my R32, I have had the car for 2 ,almost 3, Yearís now. I love it. Iím in no rush to sell. I have no mechanical issues with it currently. It is a old car so you never know what might start squeaking the next day. This car is daily driven and has never left me stranded. R&R of the motor and trans was done by myself and some trusted buddies. All machine work was done by me or my boss at my work. I have about 400+ pics of the build process so those are available upon request. Car does NOT have AC/heat currently. Heater core cracked on outside of firewall and have just been to lazy to replace since itís summer so I just bypassed it lol. I removed AC system in the bay because race car lol. Also doesnít bother me. Car does have some flaws. Driver seat is torn from getting in and out(purchased like that), rear glass seal is starting to curl in on the top edges from heat (applied some black rtv as quick fix), doors have no speaker grills(not big deal just bugs me), no vent in driver side dash, power steering pump leaks from the makeshift plug I used for hicas delete(removed fins from rear of pump) and hopefully I will be looking at that soon. If the car does not sell I will just keep building it. But any mods are on hold while I finish another project.

I enjoy folks like you, that would buy you a bone stock GTR in decent shape (30-60k km) Lol
Not the same as a forged internal engine that has already had all the little things done your GTR would still need ,AFTER, u paid that 25k lol
Too each their own, but you obviously donít know RB engines if you canít understand the price

Had it been a GTR, I'm sure there'd be more interest, but instead.. you got the eco-boost Mustang and tried to make it a GT350R. Then added an ebay knock-off wing on it, to help further seal the deal of "trying to be something it isn't"

Plus side, your thread is getting SOME action other than you posting updates of you fixing your broken skyline.

Welcome to Lotus Talk!

Sorry for your rough entry into the lotus world. I promise we are generally friendly and enthusiastic about people being interested in Lotus things.

I know nothing about RB motors and Skylines (except for watching the Mighty Car Mods series). Best of the luck with the sale/trade.

Enjoy poking around and definitely go find a Lotus at your local C&C to check out and take a ride in if you haven't already. I think the Elise/Exige is a simple car to understand for a potential buyer. it is what it is. 2 minutes and you'll shout "YES!" or begin to doubt the desire.

What is this registered as? In other words, is it an actual R32, or a 240 with an RB swap?

Also, no AC in a Texas car seems like a hard sell.

Honest question, as I don't follow Nissans much anymore. Back in the day I dreamt of a red top SR20 turbo swap into my many P10s...

because racecar

Read the rules. No comments on price unless the OP requests it.

I actually got the chance to go for a test ride/drive and itís great! The Skyline is actually much faster but I can easily build a K20 swap for half of my RB build
I did also enjoy how nimble the car felt. Main reason I want to switch is itís different. Skylines are becoming popular in my area so Iím exploring something a little less known. The platform is great for the 32 and solid if built right!but Iím just losing interest for this and falling in love with a Elise more and more

This is 100% JDM skyline R32, I have the Japan Auction papers still.
Registered,insured,and titled as a R32 Skyline
USAA even calls it ďGodzillaĒ in the system lol
Yes while this car is very similar to the 240, itís not a 240 lol. It would be the equivalent of me saying ďthe Lotus is just a MR2Ē lol while parts swap over each is completely different in their own way

Thank you for addressing that, from what ive seen and the owners I talked to, I gathered this was a mature car enthusiast community. But there is always that one guy
