1992 Autozam AZ-1

1992 Autozam AZ-1. 660 cc Turbo. Car was imported from Japan in 2007 by previous owner and underwent a complete nut and bolt restoration. All mechanicals gone over and repaired as necessary. All body panels removed and painted separately from car so no over-spray. Spoiler added to back deck. Underbody and hood areas painted in chassis black. Seats reupholstered in black with yellow piping. New Momo steering wheel (have original). Turbo Timer. New aluminium rims with Toyo tires. Full stainless aftermarket exhaust system.

Car has factory A/C, original floor mats and spare tire cover with tool kit. Also factory sun shades that fit in glass roof panels. New door struts added. New swirl air intake with cone filter. New battery and on board maintenance charger, I have had the car for almost 10 years with zero issues - super reliable. Car has approx 101,500 km (63,000 miles)

Car is over 25 years old so can be imported to the US. I can recommended a great shipping company that will deliver to your door and handle all paperwork.
Only 4,400 of these cars were made for Japanese market only. Titled as a 1992 Mazda (was made by Mazda/Suzuki)
This is one of the nicest examples of an AZ-1 available!
$19,000 US Or best offer

This is such a cool car. I've only seen one in a museum. I have no knowledge about these cars and had no idea what they were even worth. I used to have a 1991 Lotus Elan M100... This could be a nice replacement...

Wish I was in the market tbh. GLWS. This car is so unique I absolutely love it.
