Guidance and parts from JAE

I would be remiss if i did not acknowledge the guidance and service i have received from Jay and Joe at JAE. For many years they have helped and guided me when I encountered "issues " with my 84 Esprit and now with my S4s they have even gone as far as sending me diagrams and other information and ALWAYS with a smile

It's hard to replace that kind of service with a parts crossover list.

I have also received help and advise from Jay when I got issues with my '97.
He was very helpful and courteous.
He even replied to my emails after hours.
Thank you Jay!

I haven't had any interaction with Joe, but I am sure the results would be just as positive.
They have a well deserved great reputation.

Absolutely good guys. My only criticism is they won't hire anyone whose name doesn't start with a "j" 😁
