The car is quite accurately described, so I fail to see an issue here.

I like the body-colored bumper. The wheels are OK. That price is quite high for that year though. It'd better be mechanically like a Rolex for that much. Oh yeah, get some more pics up too.....

But, if they get close to that much for an '83, life is good

That car belonged to a friend who passed away suddenly, and is probably being sold by a family member.

It looks like they saw your post about putting up more pics ;-)

Now that I look at it again, I realize the main pic was taken by me!

That's a sweet looking G-car. I was thinking yesterday I needed a v8, but now I remember how much I like the G bodies! I really like the big tires, but would go with the original gold wheels over those. Love the body color bumper.

Maybe I need the S4, a V8 and a G car in the stable. Might as well sell the Volvo, haven't driven it in a month now.

There's a nice red S350 on eBay now for $28,990 - can that be real? It sure looks good.

It doesn't look like an S350 to me, only a std. V8. The wing is wrong and I don't see the blue calipers, special emblems, carbon fiber dash, ....

95 Esprit S4s #158 (for sale!)
2015.5 Volvo V60 T6 (factory delivery)
2016 Volvo V60 polestar (in Puerto Rico)
91 MR2 turbo (gone but not forgotten)

Ah yes, the G-car body. Its the design that keeps on giving. Arguments may side with it being "dated" but it still shocks and awes where ever it goes. Low, wide, angular. Mmmm, Mmmm, good. Look at modern supercars and what their silhouettes are like. They are wedges. Smoothed out a bit? Sure, but still very cab-forward, sloping hood, & fastback-ish. Very pleasing to the eye.

You DO need an Esprit of each type in the stable! Volvo? Whats that? Rid yourself of it.... and get more Esprits.

Yep - I like the way the car looks. I bet its a solid example and if everything is well sorted, its worth more than a standard "needs a bunch of stuff" cars. Lets see how this goes. Yje deep dish rear wheels are great - mine are like that and it gives the car a tougher stance

I LOVE that orange color and I usually dont care for lighter colors on exotics. I like black, red, dark blue, colors like that. But damn.... wild looking car.

Yeah, I need more car money. Not even millions or anything. Just like $100K so I can get another Esprit and a Ferrari 355. That would complete me

That orange car at that price was definitely a good deal for the buyer unless it had some hidden major mechanical problems. That color is super rare and it looks like it's in absolutely brand new showroom condition. I'm still in the camp of paying half for an early V8, but this car was tempting.

You make it sound like it's already been sold. It's still available as of today with 0 bids.

Seems like a well sorted S4 for about $30K. A fair price, IMO. They look good in yellow too. If you could only remove that upper wing.....

Lets all hope it sells for at or close to the asking price! If it does that means I got A BODACIOUS bargain on mine though one year older well under 1/2 the mileage and almost 20% less
