Engine rebuild of 1965 Elan referral

Hello
I've owned my late series one Elan since 1970 and although I've enjoyed rebuilding the engine myself many times I don't have the time presently.

I'm looking for a good lotus mechanic in the Los Angeles area, preferably in the San Fernando valley.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
David L Wood

i would crate it up to Jay Ivey... he has/makes/modifies all the parts to build twinkies and kents. and he will tune the carbs on the dyno too.

Twin Cam engine rebuild

Or save the cost of shipping and bring it to me. I am in the San Fernando valley, have a dyno setup for all the English Ford engines and built more than 100 Twincams in the last 40 years.

I have a 66 Elan that needs carbs calibrated, engine should work fine after that but it hasn't run in a few years. Any idea of how much this would cost in general? I'm in the Los Angeles area
