Lotus Elan +2 convertilble (The Netherlands)

Hi Guys i have a Lotus Elan +2 convertilble,
its a rare car, (maby somebody knows how many there are made?)

the car has been restored back in 1988 i have many bills and orders with the car from that time,

they also replace the chassis with a galvanised chassis, and they did the paintwork, and also the interior thats where all new back in 1988,
and it still looks as new,

i also got some old M.O.T's back from the early 90's and the car has done
the last MOT that i have from the UK is back in 13th of Nov. then the car had done 56940 miles,
(the car came in 2008 to holland) it has now done: 58.082 miles,

the orginal radio incl. manual (very rare!!!) comes with the car,
i will check everything this week, and i will drive with the car, and take a look to all the rubbers,
there are also 4 new "donuts" with the car from the driving axle's (look picture)
interior looks very nice, without any cracks, also the dashboard looks very good,

its just a lovely car that i wanne share with you lotus guys
but its also for sale, so i also put it under the topic "for sale"
but i just wanne know how you think about this car,

I think that all of the +2 convertibles were conversions done by UK-based Lotus specialist Christopher Neil:

Perhaps the majority of conversions were done by Christopher Neil, but by no means all.

The first company was Hexagon of Highgate, who chopped the top off a Plus 2S 130/5 in 1973. They only did the one car. They also made the two Elanbulances.

A soft top version of the +2 and Plus 2 was never offered by the factory.
