BOE S and IPS tunes

Does anyone have an inside track to those guys? I've been waiting literally YEARS for fastworks on my car, I'm getting to the point of entertaining the idea selling the car if something isn't released soon, does anyone know anything?

BOE's post as of Jan, but their web site doesn't align. Strange...

Well I'm happy there is movement on this - I've been holding off getting an intake and header until I see the numbers

Yeah, I wouldn't call that movement, I read similar posts 2 years ago.

Agreed....when you don't hear positive info from the vendor and/or they are silent and do not communicate, all you can do is "fill in the blank" with your ideas.

The blank I keep filling in is:
There must be problems or they are not quite sure of tuning changes at this point to feel comfortable selling it. Or tier 2 supplier issues.

Either way, if it was ready, they would be selling it.

I don't want/need something now, I've been waiting since 2015 and komo was available then. I honestly think once all is said and done, the BOE packages will yield better gains more safely, I do believe in them, they just irritate me to no end with their dismal communication. I understand they are a busy shop, but at some point, this needs to be a priority, or they at least need to pop into the forum once a week for literally 5 minutes to provide updates. There's a pile of hungry S owners waiting to pounce on this, and they know it. There are other options out there, supposedly not as good as this WILL be, but regardless, many owners are acting in good faith, withholding business from their competitors for an indefinite amount of time on merely the word that this will be great, and it is being developed. I think this good faith is being taken for granted.

I'm going to keep bumping this to the top every so often until hopefully someone with answers sees it.

Question if you have a manual then the numbers were posted by me a few years ago. My 2012 S 6-spd had BOE Fastworks, BOE header and BOE CAI installed in like 2016??

@jlobo941 Not to sound like a smartass, but have you actually called BOE and spoken to them? They're notorious for having solutions available, but not on their website. A simple phone call / email goes a long way.

We've tuned these cars. $1250 for a tune with a hand-held programmer. You can switch between tunes using this controller. We can also send you new tunes - if you made changes - and flash your car. Find them: HERE

InoKinetic - Tasty Bits for Your Lotus

BlackShadow Motors - Niche Car Sales, Service & Restoration

Email or call (951)296-6762 us for advice. We will respond!

Many times, and what's worse is that Phil was in the Evora forum 7 hours ago, and responded to the BOE intake thread, but missed this one. I'm beyond frustrated.

My pleasure. Though we have tuned Evora S, your goals will be a fun challenge to take on. We shipped your programmer yesterday so we can start the tuning in a few days....

@shinoo . I was taking a look at these and noticed it is for the Evora and the Elise/Exige. Would I have to buy two of these for each one of my cars? I see it says locked to the car so I would assume so. Would hate to have to buy two, is there a way to lock it to my Evora and Elise with one? Happy to pay for the tunes of course but not two programmers.

Also is there a difference with the tune you have via this method for the Katana? I am currently on the SECANT tune from when I purchased the Katana II many moons ago.
