Had no idea to ask. Anyone know how many 05 Elises were made in total?

I'm waiting for mine. Andy's Email to me said this was the first time he'd dealt with a car with so many options that he couldn't fit them all on the certificate. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

This is so cool! I just got my Certificate and letter. Some interesting tidbits...

My car is the 16th of 80 MY2011 Evora S models in the US.
It is the 1st of 4 in Persian Blue, and the 1st of 2 in Persian Blue with an oyster interior.
It is the only one in the US with this color combination that was completely optioned out.

Interestingly, the door sticker gives the build date as 12/10, whereas the Certificate and letter say the car rolled off the assembly line on 2/24/11. Wonder if the door sticker indicates the date manufacturing commenced, or maybe this is another Lotus idiosyncrasy. Or maybe the sticker person was having a bad day as I didn't get a sticker with the rec'd tire pressures.

Well, it is a Lotus, so it was built 12/10, then rebuilt in '11?

Can you post a pic of your car. I just bought a 12 S motorsports black with black interior. I am curious to see the difference. Thanks!

I have to say - I love how people block out different things on their certificates

No it shows that the ISP was needed and next year without the big production stoppage due to the buy out volume will go up because even on this sites limited sampling of the total market we are imposing a greater demand than production. Additionally the ISP probably represents 70+ sales that would not have occurred w/o an auto option and S sales doubled both of these are higher margin cars than the base n/a. Next year we will add in the ISP S pulling in even more outsiders.

That looks really nice. I decided not to mount mine, and used a certificate holder like this. Leatherette Plain Vertical Certificate Holder - Paper Direct Now I can take it out and admire it whenever I want.
