Seeing that felt as if I just accidentally walked into the operating room.

That is some serious surgery!!

You may have missed a small detail, which are those are not my wheels!

I didn't mean to mislead you guys.. It's a photo from a stock MY11 Burnt Orange Evora.

If you scroll up you will see the car in question is behind my car.

Something I noticed that was rather disconcerting. The Burnt Orange looked aweful on that car in the lot.. The orange was much more muted and lackluster. It had no pop to it. It's hard to see in that photo because the phone camera's lack of dynamic range compensates by boosting colors, so you'll have to take my word for it. As soon as I saw my car next to it, I kinda felt glad I got a 'good' one.

Sort of - you can get Alcantra and black.

You can also get different colored piping.

I thought they would continue with how the pre-MY12 car interiors looked like.
The configurator doesn't help much. They only show the seats.

So far the only interior color I've seen that has the contrast stitching/piping is black (with red stitching/piping).

Here's CG with tan/brown (not sure what the official name of the interior is):
