Man, for a business owner, you sure have a talent for driving customers away! I am not in the market for an exhaust, but if I were, I don't care if you make the best, I ain't giving my hard earned money to someone who is clearly not concerned with customer service and who thinks they are doing me a favor.

A talk with Jim will prove the opposite. He feels this way because our market has burned him a few times too many. I consider myself VERY fortunate to have his topshelf product on my Evora S. It is one of the reasons I can't see spending money on the upgrade to a GT. I already have the sound, I weigh less as a result of his product, and I have been enlightened by his knowledge. by the time I buy thecar, do the upgrades I already have, alignments....you get the picture.

I have dealt with Jim on several occasions, and have nothing but good things to say. Yes, sometimes it can take a while to get your order, but it's not any worse than other dealers, including the ones here in North America.
