Will do. That pretty much sounds like a one day turnaround so hopefully I get tune by Friday morning, also suppose to bring in Thursday for cold air intake and K&N filter install

The intake makes makes driving with the windows half way down a lot of fun, supercharger screaming under load.

My first impression was of a fighter plane on my back quarter trying to overtake.

That is a great analogy, Julian73, because even with just the K&N replacement panel filter, the noise that comes out of that driver's side intake is ridiculous!

I've now done over 300 miles with the 435 flash. Even on a 95 degree day, it is noticeably faster than before and has zero drivability issues - throttle response is a little more direct feeling without being jumpy like some tunes I have run on other cars. In fact, between the K&N, the GRP 3rd cat delete, and the reflash, heel and toe-ing is just about perfect (it got better and better with each modification). No more fluffiness when blipping the gas at all, it just revs exactly like you wanted it to.

Have I mentioned how much I love this car???

Saw GRP did a dyno with 3rd cat delete and cold air intake, awhp went from 369 to 381. Mine should be going on Thursday.

What all was required for the EV4-460 upgrade? Did you order it through the Komotec site?

If it comes on again add some dielectric grease to the connector. My dealer had to do this at Lotus' direction. Apparently the British wiring is ultra sensitive to voltage changes.

Just got back from the 4 day rally I left for on Friday morning. I received the tune file early Friday morning and thought it would be smart to wait till I get back from rally before downloading it, so of course I went down to garage and downloaded it, also the day before had GRP cold air intake installed. Everything went fine and shortly after left for the rally, did over 800 miles of driving including driving up 3 mountains and car drove perfectly, felt faster and sounded amazing. Was two other Evora's on the trip, both highly modded and they had no issues either.

Thanks. Komo-Tec says it's important to measure Lambda and look like only way to do that or Air/Flow on car is to go on dyno, my other cars have always just been able to read it through obdi. Is there a reason you didnt get that recorded when you were on dyno? Also was Evora an easy car to strap down?

Their probe was malfunctioning so we didnt use it - I'm supposed to call him back about scheduling another set of pulls so we can measure AFRs and will try to do that soon. Plus, I want to schedule my Trackhawk for some pulls.

The car is very easy to strap down, no undertrays had to come off.

And FYI my airbag light is no longer on. I suspect that the issues I had with not being able to reflash the car at the dyno and the airbag light must have both been low voltage related - with doors and trunk open for several minutes at a time, it probably drained the battery just enough to trigger those issues.

steep price... maybe a group buy? My AMG tune price dropped from $1400 to $700 or so during sales/group buys.
