Consider other vendors highly recommended
I've posted this several times today with regards to BritishRacingGroup/LotusGarage:

This forum has terminated their relationship with BritishRacingGroup/LotusGarage. Any and all disputes will need to be addressed with the vendor directly.

There have been at least 20 persons that had similar experiences to yours. The moderators provided the concerns and particulars from the affected forum members and also some data that we found using various resources to the forum staff for their guidance. The above (in red) is the decision the forum staff reached after the review was done and was provided to the moderators earlier today. The review took some time to accomplish and I can't tell you anything about that process, as the moderators are not directly involved in that.

Some of the forum members affected have been taken care of by the vendor, some have not, and others are disputing their charges. The majority of the affected members have expressed that they have received little or no communication from the vendor after weeks or months of trying to resolve their issues. It is an unfortunate turn of events, but something had to be done.

Not to nitpick, but BRG/LotusGarage appears to be out of business leaving existing customers/orders hanging.

Elise Shop is in Holland.

I ordered some floor mats from Lotus garage a couple weeks ago and got an email reply of order. Tried contacting them a couple times but got no response. Then just saw this thread. Took 1 minute to go online and dispute charge on my Citi Card, they instantly refunded the money. This is why it is so important using a good credit card and never ever use debit card. Now can anyone suggest a good place to order mats for Evora 400?

Current:
2018 Lotus Manual Evora 400
2015 Huracan VF800 Supercharged
2018 Audi SQ5

Past:
2012 R8 Manual V10 VF750 Supercharged
2009 R8 Manual V8 VF550 Supercharged

I got these from a company online. I forgot the name. I can post it later. There not cheap but look great with the car. The blue and black mats look good with my blue and black car.

They look like CocoMats. The 400 probably has different footwell shapes than our S1s, so I'm not sure if they have a pattern on-hand. But someone from LT had worked with Cocomats a few years back so they could have the S1 footwell pattern, and that's how I ordered mine. Might make sense for any 400 owners looking to get some to work with them on the updated patterns.

Great folks like @AutoEurope and the many other authorized Lotus dealers in the US supply OEM parts stateside and a majority of the parts come from the authorized Lotus dealer with a one year warranty.

Wishing you many safe and fun driving miles ahead!
