I read that a KESS V2 can write new firmware on the T4 ECU.
I bought the OEM supercharger set from lotus Hethel incl. the T4 ECU.
Is has been modified by Lotus to work with the supercharger.
An Elise sc is sold from 2006 and onwards. So the have always a T4e ecu.
I live in the Netherlands. I don't know if anyone in Europe knows how a Kess V2 works and can adjust the firmware.
Maybe we can get a little more hp out of my superchager set up.

A Kess V2 can be found very cheap on aliexpress

Look at 4.41 min

I'm very curious about the calibration in the OEM supercharged T4 ECU. if you're interested too, i could try and help you obtain a ROM dump and then compare the calibration to my RomRaider definitions for the NA T4 calibration.

I've posted in other threads about the firmware protocol for flashing the T4, and have also made an open source tool that performs this function via a VAG com cable. thus, i don't think that the expense of the Kess tool is necessary.

Guys.. save yourselves the headaches and wasted time messing with the T4 and T4e ECUs.

ECUMaster has a fully programmable plug and play ecu for our cars. RRR Engineering has base maps for sale to get you started.

Hey Buddy,
I have been looking for base tunes for the ECUMaster Black, and have scrolled all over the RRR website, but can't seem to find anything. What general category are you finding these in?
Thanks

Pretty sure you'll have to call them for a base map. As far as I know they're not a online purchase.
