CF just isn't great for diffusers. The exhaust burns them, they can crack easily, they are expensive, can't replace fins, can't powdercoat them, and 75% of it is under the car anyway so why pay $2000 for a diffuser that can barely be seen. Just not worth it for the cost of saving 5 lbs.
I've had the Reverie piece for over 2 years, no problems with wear or damage other than my doing. I did have it covered with 3M as a protectant & fake clearcoat and put a patch of heatshield tape under the exhaust tip, just in case.

Here is a pic of the rear panel that comes with the diffuser. Has clips and screws. No need to reach behind and hold the nut while you tighten the front side - ours just requires a philips screwdriver and you're done.

We asked Glenn to work up a modified version of this new design that was absent the suspension reliefs making it similar to the style we used to make. When we did our "tuft testing"a couple years ago, we didn't see a lot of benefit from the additional strakes, so we opted for fewer to keep the weight down... I was surprised how fast he got the special order turned around for us too

Then paired it with one of our dropped rear panels for the clamhinge. Same rear panel that Paul has on the silver car above.

Here are some pics of the TTC NA Elise we're running. Also has one of BWR's new carbon tops

I have a lot of diffusers in stock... I think they would look better on the back of a Lotus than in a box.

I think this diffuser looks bad ass. It might be too much for everyday driving but still.

No group buy planned for these, unless I get a big interest.

If somebody wants one, let me know so I can put your name on the waiting list and I'll take $40 off for the wait. We just sold out.

Eyelise, your diffuser is shipped!

I have 2 flat diffusers in stock with rear panels. One has an exhaust hole cutout.

I think this is the coolest looking diffuser you guys have. The only practical problem I see with it is that 1 = no one who doesn't watch racing or is in to cars will get it. They will just think it looks stupid. and 2 = it's much heaver than the stock piece.

Yep, so they don't have to buy it then. This diffuser is a track diffuser, made for function. Doesn't weigh much more than a Railer Jr for example.

I'll post Pics of the custom Diffuser Glenn made for me when I get it on. It is two inches shorter and 3 elements. I'd bet most will like the look as much if not more than stock. It will be a bit heavier but with fewer vanes and a bit smaller not much.

Stole these pics from your thread

Looks awesome on your Exige!

We are almost finished with a rear grill that works with the flat diffuser, so the people who don't like the rear panel eliminator / naked look, will have a more OEM looking option.

Who wants one of these track monsters? http://difflow.com/flat.html
