New Really Light Stuff

I sent an email over a week ago to the new RLS via their website. No response as of yet. Tom was super on point with getting back to people, so I'm hoping mine is just a one of experience. New website looks good.

Anyone else ordered since the transition?

Austin's email server is very aggressive. It blocks my email too.

So I use gmail to reach him instead

They cut down inventory, wonder if they are gonna sell off the stuff they had listed before the site changed over?

Hi,

Working through some issues as we are changing the website from wordpress over to shopify.

Every item that was available is still available, if you do not see something my applologies - we are still experimenting with layout but please call and we can help.

As far as inventory goes we have increased investment in stock on-hand by 40% in the past 60 days and will add more as Spring approaches.

We look forward to continue serving the Lotus community, so if there is anything that you are looking for please give us a shout.

Regards,
Jay

Thomas here... I know that Austin is also in school / university, in addition to learning the ropes of a new company.

I'd encourage you to be persistent and patient, Austin is a great fella.

Tom, I understand what you are saying. I think the stark contrast of your diligent follow up versus ... Nothing, might be part of the problem. I'm not a fan of chasing people down to give them money.

I ordered some wing ends and a RLS phone adapter from them on December 1st for a track day on the 14th. The seller contacted me immediately and let me know that the parts would make it on time. They did not show and the seller is not responding to several phone calls and emails so I tried to contact them through PayPal. I would hold off on any orders until the customer service starts up again. Very disappointed.

3 months man. i was unfortunate enough to purchase just as the company was transitioning. I emailed Thomas this morning and he got back to me within a couple hours.

Communication is a vital part of running a business. If you're out of office then set an out of office reply. Look up in this thread. I'm no the only one having issues. Ill soon cut my losses and order from elsewhere. But at the moment i would not advise ordering from RLS
