Really Light Stuff - Supercharger Pulley Mk II

Here is a new 3.0" pulley for the Exige S, S220, S240, etc.

Our pulley includes a tool to allow for simple installation and removal of the pulley nut: it allows you to hold the pulley stationary while torquing the nut to spec.

High quality aircraft grade aluminum is CNC machined here in the USA, and hard coat anodized for superior wear and corrosion resistance.

Only at RLS.

$135

If there is enough interest, I'm planning on doing 3.1", 3.0", 2.9".

3.0" will be ready in about 2 weeks, the others will depend on demand.

How do you hold it stationary? Screwdriver through one of the pulley holes?

The RLS tool engages a hex on the RLS pulley. Hold the RLS tool with a crescent wrench while using a socket that passes through the RLS tool to loosen (or tighten) the nut.

Power increase with a 3.1" pulley is about 12 horsepower beginning early in the power band through to redline. The 3.0" pulley will be more than that. I recommend an ECU tune to be safe and make the most power.

im assuming thats whp? not bad for a fairly minor mod. the whole ecu mailing thing flat out sucks though. its a lot different than the evo where the ecu was wide open.

Yes, that's on a chassis dyno so it is RWHP.

All variations of the supercharged exige run the same boost. So there shouldn't be a problem.

Exige S, S220, and S240 (and others) use a 3.28" pulley from the factory.
